Worship Arts Pastor, Part-Time (15 hours/wk)
The Vineyard Church Pearland is looking to add a Part-Time Worship Arts Pastor to our Team. We are excited to welcome a creative leader with a passion for equipping and developing a community of worshippers. We are looking for an experienced leader who loves Jesus, has a passion for making disciples and has a high competency for worship music.
This staff role will work closely with the Lead Pastor in cultivating a worship culture within our local church community. The following provides a brief summary of expectations:
Multiplying your passion and gifting in other leaders will be a key expectation
Oversight of weekend worship services and all production elements
Prioritizing God’s presence and pursuing His kingdom is central in who we are
Cultivating a culture of personal and community transformation
